INTRODUCTION:
Human being is always running behind success, pride, and winning victories. And history is evident that behind every successful man, a woman is behind his success. When Adam and Eve both together meet, and they went on the search of their being, they together made a big society, a happy one and peaceful one. But now as era is changed and many different societies are born we see gender discrimination as a serious killer of a peaceful society.

ABSTRACT:
It is obvious that a woman is given priority in every government and private sector. Every man claims that women are always given priority for being women, although there are only few sectors where women are given priority where as looking at the other side of the mirror you see gender discrimination supreme in our society.
This article is about Gender discrimination and society, abstracted from the psychology book “THE HIDDEN BRAIN” by “SHANKAR VEDANTAM”. This article carries all the psychological thoughts behind gender discrimination. How human being intentionally or unintentionally did gender discrimination. Why people do discriminate?
Why Hillary Clinton was defeated by Donald Trump?
LITERATURE REVIEW:
Human being whether man or women is struggling to survive, world is moving so fast, and in this struggle to survive, sometimes lead to great destruction. Familiar to what we have seen in the past decades when Adam and eve were supposed to survive here without knowledge, in this struggle many innocents have been crushed under our feet’s. This independence to survive is always a crucial talk, and this walk of independence to survive is always an interesting topic to talk. In this walk of freedom, an unquenchable thirst for knowledge was developed in our forefathers, and in 18th century, the century famously known as the decade of reason, when man and women both participated in science, whether biology or chemistry, at every era woman and man both remain side by side. And a successful society was born. But when gender discrimination was born many psychological and moral issues were raised.

ANALYSIS:
According to Shankar Vedantam the author of “The hidden brain”, he does not only present a sound background for how women are being always taking for granted in the societies. The fifth chapter of his book “The invisible current” that clearly defined the unconscious bias behind gender discrimination, here in this chapter author has highlighted the gender discrimination, how women had been treated for who they sexually are?. Gender discrimination is sometimes worst for the areas where narrow minded people live but for the people living in modern areas and their thinking perspectives are also modern, then why they do sometimes unconsciously make discrimination between man and women,
here politics of Hillary Clinton is also being discussed, did she loss because she was women?. Here a full stop rises, because we can talk it in a sympathetic way that women suffer from gender discrimination, If we see that Hillary Clinton loss her elections because people think that women cannot run a country or a state, taking another perspective results behold by seeing the experiment by transgender people, where salary raised by trans gendered from women to man, and salary loosed by transgendered from man to female, why is that so.
The very effective story that can make us think is extracted from the same book:
The women lily was working in office for several years, but her salary was not raised whereas all the men working in the office their wage was increased year by year, , Lily’s story gives us the perspective to think that how women are treated until now in this modernized world. Not only this but the story of two trans gendered people the girl Barbbara to Ben berries , was enjoying the outcome of being a man, her abilities appreciated, and her confidence and voice raised, whereas experiment hold by trans gendered boy Joan roughgarden to Joan, the result were in miserable condition he has to face violence his voice was not taking for granted, so why still gender discrimination supreme, why girl’s have to bear so much in the society.
Putting feminism aside, we see the case of Hillary Clinton. She was taking for granted because she was a woman, and most of the people think that she loosed because her speeches were not comparatively strong than that of Donald trump.
Conclusion:
At the back of our minds, if we are fairly seeing this case we would surely say that women in this world have to face gender discrimination, not only sexually harassed they are morally disturbed by social inequality like in lily’s case she was jerkily working in her shifts but was not given that wage she deserved. Men in these cases enjoyed overwhelming confidence, surety, appreciation and co operation whereas women are morally defeated, because society didn’t give permission to women to do their work with that confidence, so here question can be raised, does this bias is intentional or unintentional, obviously sometimes, like if we take the example of Hillary Clinton, at the back of our mind we have a unconscious bias that says: man can do better work than women, disregarding their abilities and experience, so here we can conclude that from the experienced gained by the scientist we have a wave of current in our hidden mind that makes gender discrimination, I hereby also conclude that women have to suffer from different social inequality than man who hold the same degree of experience. I conclude this not because I am feminist but if we see this perspective fairly.
